Shipping & Returns

General Order Information

• Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

• We will only accept one coupon code per order.

• If you use a discount code of 35% or more, the items that the code covers are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned back to us.

 

Shipping Information

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders $100+
  • We offer always fast shipping that takes 2-3 days after item is packaged and shipped out.
  • We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail, the USPS will be responsible after items are shipped out. Products marked delivered, you will have to contact your local Post Office to obtain information. 
  • All of our shipments include tracking and delivery conformation, we cannot be responsible for items marked delivered, please contact your local Post Office for information regarding your package. 
  • We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in time due to the USPS not meeting delivery times, and we will not refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet shipping times. 

Return Policy

FREE RETURNS on all eligible orders! :) Please include order # and name when requesting return label. 

We are now offering free returns! Please email us at info@shoplovelex.com and request a return label from us and it will be sent to the email on file that you placed your order with. You must request the return label within 2 days of receiving your package, and you must ship out your item within the 14 day return window to be qualified for a credit. We will refund you for only the items returned. Discounts of 35% or more will not be eligible for return.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Swimsuits
  • Leggings
  • Scarves, Accessories, Jewelry, Hats, Sunglasses
  • Intimates, Bodysuits.
  • Super Deals, Flash Sales, Items under the SALE TAB, Discounts of 35% or more. 

 

 

• All returned items must still have the ORIGINAL TAGS on them. Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, then we will not be able to accept a return since we must send out quality items and packaging.  

 

• Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return. If we receive an item that smells strongly of perfume, or any of the above, we will not be able to accept your return. 

 

• Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 14 days of delivery. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges. Our Standard Shipping rate will be discounted from ALL returns. 

• When making a return, please include the original invoice!

• Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted. 

• Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 5-7 business days for our return department to process your store credit. 

• If approved for a return, a store credit code will be emailed to the email address on file and applied to your account with us within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

• If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to pay a return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 5 days only. 

Exchanges 

• Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items (because we cannot hold items while we wait for a return) and we just ask that you return the item as per policy above and then re-buy the desired size or new item! 

Defects or Problems With Your Order

• If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact our warehouse within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email. 

• We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
